TaxSlayer Pro will begin HUB testing with the IRS between 2pm and 5pm today, January 16th.

Between 2pm and 5pm eastern time, we will send small batches of tax returns to the IRS for processing. You may begin to receive acknowledgements as early as this afternoon.

If all goes well today, the IRS will ask for a greater number of returns in subsequent days throughout HUB testing.

HUB testing will continue the rest of this week, pause for the weekend, and resume Mon through Thursday next week leading up to the official start of e-file January 29th.

Tax returns that are sent to the IRS are randomly processed by our system. TaxSlayer Pro support cannot provide information on when any given return will be sent to the IRS for processing, or when acknowledgements will be received.

TaxSlayer Pro Support will no longer be able to unlock returns that have been transmitted for the purpose of changing the refund disbursement type, or any other reason. Please carefully review each return for accuracy before transmitting.
